Delegate Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the conference, cancellation must be advised in writing by email to the conference organiser.
Refunds will be provided as follows:
- More than 30 days prior to the conference: Full refund less a $100 administration fee.
- 14–30 days prior to the conference: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Less than 14 days prior to the conference: No refund available.
All refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the conference.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may apply to transfer your registration to another person from your organisation at no additional cost.
Substitution requests must be provided in writing prior to the conference.
No-Shows
Delegates who do not attend the conference and have not notified the organisers in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
